Abstract
181,234. Haller, F. C. May 30, 1921. Bakers' ovens.-The walls of bakers' and other ovens are formed of skeleton metal framework filled in with light heat-insulating material, preferably magnesia in the form of blocks 9, and the inner (and outer) surface is formed of asbestos or other heat-insulating cement 13 on a backing of metal lath material 12. The framework is composed of vertical channels 7 riveted together in pairs and connected by horizontal members. The blocks 9 are reinforced with heavy wire net and are of such a length that they can be inserted after the framework is built, the spaces at their ends being filled with heat-insulating packing 11. Specification 176,829 is referred to.
