Abstract

174,866. Parry, W. Feb. 26, 1921. Transformers.-A clamping member for transformer coils comprises a screw-threaded plunger 2 adapted to follow up shrinkage cf the coils 6 by the action of a main spring 1, a nut 3 on the plunger being maintained in engagement with an abutment 5 by the action of a spring 4 or a weight in order to prevent return movement of the plunger.
