Atmospheric gas burners.-In an atmospheric gas burner of the type described in Specification 142,222, the upper surface of the movable element c is provided with grooves c<1>, recesses c<2>, or the like to allow it to be turned by a tool g. The stem d of the element c fits in an internal socket b and may screw on to a normally fixed screwthreaded rod f, or may screw into the socket.
