Abstract

170,147. Webster, A. C. July 31, 1920. Look-out reflectors.-A mount for securing rear-view mirrors to cycles or motor cars comprises a rod 14, 15, the vertical part 15 of which enters a hollow bolt 4 having a large head 5 and clamped by a wing-nut 6 to clips 1 embracing a bar 2 or to bracket members 22 screwed to a dash-board &c. The head 5 is provided with an opening to receive a perforated pin 9, through which the bar 15 passes so that it may be clamped in fixed position by tightening a wing- nut 11. The mirror 17 is attached to the rod 14 by a plate 20 having loops 19 and a depressed central position to provide a friction grip.
