Abstract

Reeds.-A miniature loom or weaving-device has a frame 1 consisting of sheet metal preferably in one piece with stiffening-flanges 5 and supports 2,3,4 carrying the cloth beam, the healds 7, and the warp beam 6. The reed consists of two end strips 21 connected by bolts 23, on which are strung alternately washers and fingers 24. It may have a stop integral with one of the side bars to prevent undue movement towards the healds.
