An ear-piece designed to increase or decrease the audition is shown in Fig. 11. The arm k carries a cup s having a diaphragm r and also a cup t insulated therefrom and having a diaphragm v, the two diaphragms being connected by a spring or lever z, the lengths of the arms determining whether the audition is increased or diminished.
