Abstract
166,467. Fedden, A. H. R., Butler, L. F. G., and Cosmos Engineering Co., Ltd. Aug. 26, 1920. Cylinders, pipes for.-Specification 134,574 describes an annular induction pipe 10 for a radial cylinder engine divided into three special conduits each supplied by a different carburettor. According to this invention each conduit is blocked on one side of its entrance bv a baffle plate which may be attached to the walls, or as shown at 30 in Fig. 3 to a flange 31, which is secured to that of the inlet pipe. There may be a small by-paes 33 around the edge of the baffle.
