Abstract

165,709. Saukkonen, E. Nov. 24, 1920. Garmenthangers.-A garment-support comprises a coathanger 10, a rotatable roller 13 depending therefrcm on wire members 14, and a rubber or like flexible retaining- member 16, adapted normally to lie in close relation to the roller 13 so as to hold a pair of trousers firmly thereon. T h e retaining- member 16 is provided near each end with an opening through which pass the loops 15 formed in the wire members 14, and carries, at its centre, a metal band 17 provided with a hook 18. To permit trousers or like garments to be inserted between the roller and the member 16, the latter is flexed at the middle and the hook 18 is engaged with the eye 12 formed at the lower end of the suspension hook 11.
