Abstract

Look-out reflectors fitted to.-A mirror for a motor-car is supported at its centre of gravity by a bracket which is secured to a wind-screen, &c. by converging gripping jaws. The convex mirror 1. Fig. 1, is provided with a recessed back 2 which carries a ball 5 as shown in detail in Fig. 2. The ball is held frictionally by a spring in the bracket arm. The screw-adjusted gripping- jaws 12, 13 are inclined so as to force the base 11 on to the support.
