Radiators. - In a steam-heated radiator ct the kind in which water in the elements is heated by steam in a pipe a passing through the bottom of the elements, a pipe b, connected to the outlet end of the steam pipe conducts steam into the top of the elements. A cock b<2> controls the passage of steam through the pipe b<1>. A pipe b<1> opening into the radiator at the normal waterlevel therein leads off the water of condensation to the outlet pipe c. A non-return valve b<5> is fitted in the pipe b<4>. A thermostatic steam trap allowing the water to pass to a main under partial vacuum may be connected to the outlet box b, as described in Specification 158,009.
