Envelopes. - Journals or other publications, advertising sheets, &c. having a small number of pages are so printed upon that they can be folded into the form of an envelope or cover with the printed matter concealed from view. Fig. 1 shows a double sheet, which is printed on the front on the right-hand page only, and on the back is printed cn both pages, the left-hand front page being left blank for the reception of the address. The sheet is first folded centrally, and the corners then folded in as shown in Fig. 10, the inner one 2 of the two free corners being preferably folded in, as shown, to leave the single corner 3, which may be provided with adhesive. The envelope is finally folded transversely into the form shown in Fig. 12. The envelope may be used to contain correspondence or other printed advertising matter &c.
