Abstract

Three panels (a, b, c) form part of a continuous strip with perforations along both edges for engagement by a printing machine. After removal of the set of three panels, the end panel (a) can be folded over so that an address (4) printed inside is visible through a window (5) in the middle sheet (b), then the third panel (c) is folded over to enclose the whole, which is sealed by means of adhesive strips (12, 15) along the edges. The first panel (a) carrying the address can be used as a reply card, and carries the return address (2), areas for the reply information and a frank for the return postage. The other two panels (b, c) carry an area (6) for the message. The blank carries tear lines (17) for easy opening.
