Abstract
A letter form consists of three panels, the outer two being folded over towards the middle one for use as a letter, the panels being secured by a suitable pattern of adhesive strips, so that the address is visible through a window. The person receiving the letter can them unfold it, and tear off a portion consisting of one end panel and part of the centre panel, and use it as a reply card, by folding it at right angles to the original remaining fold, two further adhesive strips being provided parallel to the new fold line.
