Battery l a m p s ; holders.-The bulb C is carried by a holder A attached to or formed in one with a clip B adapted to be fixed to one of the spring terminals D of the battery E. The holder A and clip B may be in two pieces rigidly joined together or connected by a flexible metallic spring. The holder may be of the kind described in Specification 140,975, and may be formed in one with the terminal D. The bulb is illuminated by depressing the terminal D, to bring the centre contact F of the bulb into contact with the terminal G of the battery. To prevent accidental contact, the terminal G may be provided with a sliding strip of insulating material which may be interposed between the terminal and the contact F.
