Abstract

Rails, metallic built-up.-In a tramway rail of the type comprising an upper part 2 having horizontal planes and a V-shaped rib engaging corresponding planes and a groove in the lower part 1, the connecting-bolts 5 are of conical shape and enter conical holes in both parts, the holes in the V-shaped rib being slightly higher than those in the lower part. The planes 3, 4 are located at different levels. The rail is cast in beton a and wooden logs c or paving-stones are inserted between the rail and asphalt b. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 1281/76 and 4172/06.
