Alloys for resisting corrosion at high temperatures consist of chromium, copper, nickel, manganese, and 16-20 per cent of iron, preferably 6-7 per cent of chromium, 31-38 per cent of copper, 38-46 per cent of nickel, 0.25-0.75 per cent of manganese, and 16-20 per cent of iron.
