In a razor in which a flexible blade is clamped between a backing-plate a and a guard e by a handle c screwing upon a pin b projecting from the backing-plate, the handle is formed as an open-ended sleeve and is locked in the adjusted position by a rod f screwing into the lower part of the handle and having an extension g engaging the pin b.
