Hand-shears.-A pair of hand-shears for sheep-shearing, hedge-trimming, &c. has detachable blades 4D secured by parts 3 engaging slidably in corresponding parts 2 of the handle member and by a spring part 4<A> with shoulders 4<B>, 4<C> engaging in recesses 2<G>, 2<F> in the parts 2. A tongue 5 is struck up from each part 3 to facilitate removal of the blade, if necessary, by tapping.
