Abstract
The method uses fossil primary energy via an additional heating system (17), solar energy via a solar collector (12) and environmental heat via an air heat exchanger (13). These energy sources take over, individually or in combination, according to the quantity of energy arising, the heat supply. The method also makes use of a heat pump (16) and a heat accumulator (15), e.g. a latent-heat accumulator. The heat accumulator (15) is charged by the solar collector (12) when a surplus of solar energy is available, or when, in the case of incapacity of the solar collector (12) for direct heating, the heat requirement is covered by the heat pump (16), where appropriate together with the additional heating system (17). The additional heating system (17) which consumes the fossil primary energy is only switched in when the heat requirement cannot be covered by the solar energy, the environmental energy and the energy stored in the heat accumulator (15), where appropriate with interconnection of the heat pump (16). As a result, it is possible to limit the consumption of fossil energy. <IMAGE>
