1534739 Loading dock bridge; counterbalancing K T L ROSENGREN 18 Oct 1976 [17 Oct 1975] 43151/76 Headings B8E and B8B A bridge plate 9 is pivotally mounted by stub shafts 9a on a slider frame 8 guided by rollers 8c for vertical movement in a support 7 secured by a bar 7a to a dock 1. The frame 8 has counter weight means 11 connected to it by two spaced chains 12a which pass over sprocket wheels 13 fixed on a connecting shaft so that they rotate synchronously and thus prevent inclination of the frame 8 which can cause jamming.
