Abstract

1534693 Dozers KOMATSU SEISAKUSHO KK 12 Dec 1975 [30 June 1975 (2)] 51093/75 Heading E1F A controlling apparatus for a bulldozer blade comprises an electromagnetic valve 3 for controlling a lift cylinder 60 of the blade and switching means 45 for selecting manual or automatic control of the solenoids 40, 41 of the valve 3, the manual control including switches 48, 49 and the automatic control including a first safety relay 5 actuated only when the switch 45 is initially placed in the manual control position, a third manual operation preferential relay 7 for receiving a signal from the safety relay and actuated by the closing of a switch 47, and a second load reading relay 8 actuated by a signal fed from a load detecting circuit 11 for sending a signal from the relay 7 to one of the solenoids 40, 41. The electromagnetic valve 3 controls the lift cylinder 60 via an operating cylinder 35 connected to a manual operating lever and to an operating valve 1. An electromagnetic valve 4 for controlling a tilt cylinder 61, via an operating cylinder 28 and an operating valve 2, is manually controlled by switches 52, 53. Floating of the blade is effected either by an electromagnetic valve 6 actuated by a manual switch 50 or by the operating lever (101, Fig. 4 not shown). Other hydraulic circuits are described (Figs. 3 and 6 not shown).
