Gaiters.-A gaiter for covering a leaf spring on a vehicle comprises an overlapping edge provided with a strip 1 of steel or other springy material, a flap 5 adapted to lie beneath the underlapping edge 6, and a tongue 7 covering the end of the spring. The gaiter is fastened by means of stiaps 3 passing through slots 2 in the overlapping edge and secured by buckles 4.
