1534534 Complete foodstuffs for humans TANDLAKARE ERIK RONNERMAN AB 23 Oct 1975 [24 Oct 1974] 43639/75 Heading A2B Foodstuffs containing all necessary nutrients for the body are prepared from compositions comprising (i) 1-10 wt. %, as dry substance, herbs and/or vegetables wherein the edible part is grown above the soil, (ii) 2-20 wt.%, as dry substance, fruit and/or berries, (iii) 2-50 wt.%, as dry substance, potatoes and/or root vegetables in which the edible part is grown in the soil, (iv) 1-20 wt.%, as dry milk protein, milk and/or cheese, (v) 2-30 wt.%, as dry protein, meat and/or fish and/or egg, (vi) 10-80 wt.%, as flour, of cereals and (vii) 1-14 wt.%, butter and/or margarine and/or oils. Flavouring and water may be present. The foodstuff may be in either shaped or free-flowing form. Examples disclose formulations for crispbread, biscuits, crackers, soft bread, meat products, pancakes, potato pancakes and breakfast meals.
