Abstract

1534293 Building panels ANMAC Ltd 24 March 1976 [27 March 1975] 13074/75 Headings E1B and E1W A building comprises a plurality of wall and/or roof panels, each panel being moulded from e.g. glass reinforced resin or glassreinforced cement, and each having an integrally moulded elongate hollow rib 16 along at least each of its longitudinal edges. the rib projecting from the inner face 24 of the panel, adjacent panels being located side by side in abutting relationship with their outer faces contiguous. In Fig. 2 the panels are connected by struts 26 bolted to the ribs, nuts 32a being inserted into the inner wall of the rib during moulding. A channel 20 is provided to locate sealing strip 36. In Fig. 5 a channel is provided on one side of a panel, the other side of the panel having a hook-like elongate protrusion for cooperation with the channel of an adjacent panel.
