Abstract
1531080 IC engine crank-case ventilation GEC DIESELS Ltd 26 Aug 1977 [21 July 1976] 30346/76 Heading F1B The vapour outlet of the oil/vapour separator 3 is connected to the engine exhaust system to provide a crank-case pressure at or slightly below atmospheric. The vapour outlet tube 9, opening to the throat of a Venturi 10 at the outlet of an exhaust manifold 15 or in the exhaust outlet of a turbocharger, is angularly adjustable to vary the effective suction.
