Abstract
1530381 Fluid-pressure servomotors POCLAIN 6 Feb 1976 [28 Feb 1975] 04793/76 Heading G3P A hydraulic servomotor 5, used to operate the swash-plate 8 of a pump (not shown), has a feedback connection through a linkage 61 with a spool 20 forming a movable seat for a sleeve control valve 17 which may be connected to a manually operable lever 60 or be fitted with end plugs (48, 90), Fig. 5 (not shown) for operation by fluid-pressure under the control of a pilot valve (85). The pilot valve may be replaced by electrically operated valves. The servomotor is centred by springs 9 and is connected to the linkage 61 through a pin 63, Fig. 2, held between a pair of pivoted arms urged towards each other by a spring 79 so that it can be moved temporarily out of its correct position in relation to the control valve when abnormal operating conditions occur.
