Abstract

1525050 Manure spreaders ALTEK GES FUR ALLGEMEINE LANDTECHNIK mbH 24 June 1976 [9 July 1975] 26351/76 Heading AID [Also in Division F2] In apparatus for distributing liquid manure, a preliminary control means is connected at 1 to a pump which is connected to a container for the liquid, at 2 to an adjustable control device 2B which divides the flow thereto into a portion A to be discharged from a nozzle and a portion to be returned to the container, at 3 to a pipe 3A leading to an agitator 3B in the container, and at 17 to an injector 17B. In the position shown the outlet 17 is blocked by valve 18 and all the flow is directed to the outlet 3 to drive the agitator unless the pressure at 4 is sufficient to open a spring biassed valve 6 to allow flow to the outlet 2. The valve 18 is opened by a handle 19; This also acts to slide a sleeve 28 to close outlet 5 and to retain the valve 6 in a closed position which may only then be overcome under extreme pressure.
