1524186 Moulding confectionery BLUE BIRD CONFECTIONERY HOLDINGS Ltd 9 Sept 1975 [10 Oct 1974] 43863/74 Heading B5A In a method of moulding toffee confectionery, the toffee in liquid form is deposited in an open-topped, partitioned mould cavity 11 which is formed in a solid metal 10 and the bottom of which is partly defined by at least one spring- loaded ejection plunger 16 actuation of which is effected after inversion of the mould which may have a PTFE coating.
