Abstract
1499149 Aircraft undercarriages MESSIERHISPANO 7 May 1975 [7 May 1974] 19245/75 Heading B7G Apparatus for operating a nacelle door sequentially with movement of an aircraft undercarriage unit comprises an undercarriage jack 1 with uplock and downlock mechanisms 3 and 2, a door operating jack 4, the door being held open by the jack and retained in the closed position by a lock 5, and a dooroperated two-way valve 7 which, when the door reaches its open position, renders the undercarriage jack operative. Valves 8 and 9 are provided to enable the jacks 1 and 4 to be vented to reservoir in an emergency. The valve 7 is integral with a valve spool for operating an undercarriage uplock hook through the medium of a spring-loaded bellcrank in an integral housing, Figs. 2 and 3, not shown.
