1498374 Cadmium telluride COMMISSARIAT A L'ENERGIE ATOMIQUE 4 June 1976 [19 June 1975] 23309/76 Heading C1A [Also in Divisions G2 and H1] A cadmium telluride product in the form of a single-crystal intrinsic semi-conductor having high resistivity is a ternary compound comprising cadmium telluride compensated by beryllium or magnesium, the concentration of beryllium or magnesium being at the most 5 Î 10<SP>20</SP> atoms per cm<SP>3</SP>. The product may also contain at least one doping agent selected from the chlorides of cadmium, zinc, magnesium, beryllium and aluminium.
