[Also in Division G2] Compositions suitable for providing protective coatings on glass photographic masters comprise a thermoplastic acrylic ester resin, a plasticizer (e.g. of the "Santicizer" (Registered Trade Mark) type), 2-methoxyethyl acetate, toluene and n-butanol, the ratio of toluene to nbutanol being 90: 10 by weight. The compositions may also contain a dimethylsilicone polymer as a levelling agent.
