Abstract

1498237 Force-measuring transducers N-I I KONSTRUKTOR INST ISPYTATELNYKH MASHIN PRIBOROV I SREDSTV IZMERE-NIA MASS 15 Oct 1975 42184/75 Heading G1G A force P to be measured is applied to one end 6 of an integral elastic body 2 comprising flexible joints 5 and a resonant web 18 to vary the frequency of an electromechanical self-excited oscillator 15, 16, 17, 18 and the base 3 of the body 2 is held within and spaced from the protective casing 1 by three pointed supports 8 engaging a groove 7 with a minimum of distortion of the oscillations in the body 2. Two of the supports 8 are fixed, the third, shown in Fig. 1, being biased by a flat spring 11. Adjustment stop 19 prevents overload. The casing is rotatable in bracket 20 for adjusting the sensitivity of the transducer.
