Abstract
1496713 Collapsible vehicles SOC PROMOTIONNELLE DES LOISIRS 18 March 1975 [18 March 1974] 11172/75 Heading B7B In a collapsible caravan, wherein walls 3, 5 pivoted to a body 1 forming the chassis, have at their upper edge projections 17, 21, which may have rollers (not shown), for running in guides 19 associated with a vertically movable roof 13, jacks 25, 26 filled with compressed gas are articulated between the walls 3, 5 and the body 1 to assist in opening movement of the walls and to brake their closing movements. As shown the guides 19, having a U-shaped profile, contain stops 23, 24 therein for abutment with projections 17, 21 to thus immobilize the roof in the folded position. The roof 13 may comprise on its lower face resilient sealing means for co-operating with the upper edges of the walls and with the body 1.
