1492217 Stapling apparatus; punching apparatus EIC INTERNATIONAL CORP 11 Dec 1975 50805/75 Headings B4C and B4B A stapler for desk use comprises in combination a stapling blade 41, a hole punch 5 and cooperating jaws 44, 341 which act as staple removal means. The stapling blade 41 is mounted on a slide button 42 which can be urged forwardly when the staple remover or punch is to be used in order that said blade does not contact a staple in the magazine. Paper removed by the punch is collected in the hollow base of the apparatus.
