1485137 Feeding sheets J BOBST & FILS SA 25 Oct 1974 [27 March 1974] 46339/74 Heading B8R A suction conveyer for sheets comprises an endless belt 26 and a guide member 17, whereby sheets 6 are carried over a vacuum chamber 3, the air inlet apertures 18, 19 being covered by a spring steel shutter 20, between which and the apertures the sheets are fed, so that the apertures are never open to atmosphere so as to reduce the suction force in the chamber or in any other chambers supplied from the same suction source.
