1484695 Transfer sheets KORES MFG CO Ltd 27 Aug 1975 [28 Aug 1974] 37637/74 Heading D2B A transfer sheet comprises a support sheet having a transfer layer provided with hollow glass microspheres at least some of which protrude from the surface of the transfer layer so as to separate the latter from a sheet on which the transfer sheet is placed. The support sheet may be paper or a plastics film e.g. polyester, polyethylene, or polypropylene film. The transfer layer may comprise a plastics matrix having an expressible oil-based ink, or may be a wax-containing transfer layer.
