Abstract

1467188 Vehicle headlamps CIBIE PROJECTEURS 20 Aug 1974 [21 Aug 1973] 36572/74 Heading F4R [Also in Division H2] A lamp support 1 is releasably secured in an aperture 3 at the rear of a motor vehicle headlamp reflector 4 by means of a U-shaped spring 9 which is retained by lugs 10 on the reflector and snaps over double ramps 5 on the support 1. A handle 11 facilitates the positioning of the support in the reflector. In a modification, Figs. 5 and 6 (not shown), the spring 9 is replaced by a pair of rearwardly projecting spring strips (12). The ramps may be formed on the reflector and the springs on the support.
