Folding boxes; fittings, external; lids; corner joints.-A collapsible box of the kind in which the sides and ends are removably attached to the bottom and in which these parts when collapsed are adapted to be secured in the lid for transport, for example, as described in Specification 105.960, is provided with eye devices r, Fig. 5, in the form of hinged loops, rings, or links to allow the box to be corded either in the erect or collapsed condition. The eye devices may be arranged as shown in Figs. 6 and 7, so that the lid may be laced to the body.
