1465438 Propanolamines CIBA-GEIGY AG 6 Feb 1975 [8 Feb 1974] 5079/75 Addition to 1447558 Heading C2C 2S-Compounds of the general formula (R 1 = sugar residue, optionally substituted; R 2 = isopropyl, tert.-butyl, α-methylphenethyl or 1-methyl-3-phenylpropyl, the aralkyl groups being optionally ar -substituted) and their salts are prepared by standard methods, e.g. those of the parent Specification. These compounds are cardioselective #- receptor stimulants, and may be administered in the form of pharmaceutical preparations containing them in association with a carrier.
