Abstract

1460951 Series printing machine ADDRESSOGRAPH MULTIGRAPH CORP 3 Jan 1974 [26 Jan 1973] 00276/74 Heading B6D A series printer has a horizontally disposed, intermittently moved conveyer for conveying planar articles 18 in an on-edge orientation, a plate feed for conveying plates intermittently from a store 26 below the conveyer to a printing station adjacent the conveyer, where printing takes place, and back to the store 26 in an onedge orientation. The conveyer may be as disclosed in Specification 1,457,592, the plate feed as in Specification 1,455,083, and the printing station and control thereof as in Specification 1,454,821. The printing plate feed may display the printing plates before passing them to the printing station. The plate store is preferably spring-biased inwardly by holder 42.
