Seed - distributors; harrows; cultivators; ploughs; rollers, land.-An agricultural implement for sowing seed after preliminarily treating the soil comprises a motor-driven tractor supported on driving-wheels c and steering-wheels b and drawing behind it a soil-treating implement such as a rotary harrow d and seed-sowing apparatus f, g, supported on a roller e, which covers and rolls down the line of seeds. Other implements such as cultivators, rotating disks, disk ploughs, or drums with or without driven implements may replace the rotary harrow, and a manure distributor may precede or follow the soil-treating implement. The tools are adapted to be raised from the ground by a manually or power operated winch k winding up a cable i attached to the frame carrying the tools. Catches may support the tools in the raised position. The device may be carried by a tractor supported on an endlesschain track.
