1459548 Selective printing PITNEYBOWES Inc 9 Aug 1974 [10 Oct 1973] 35196/74 Heading B6F A type disc comprises resilient fingers 18 having heads 20 provided with characters 22 matching the characters on the metal plates 26, and with mounting means 24 on which metal character bearing plates 26 are secured. The fingers 18 and a hub portion to which the fingers are attached may be formed of acetal homopolymer, a copolymer of formaldehyde and ethylene oxide, or polysulphone.
