1446075 Pneumatic spreader NODET-GOUGIS 3 Dec 1973 [4 Dec 1972] 55980/73 Addition to 1381922 Heading AID An apparatus for the pneumatic distribution of granular materials has a curved deflector blade 2 mounted at the outlet of the pipe 1 such that the stream of particles is directed onto a spreader 6, V-shaped in cross section, which comprises blades 8, 9 joined together along a common edge and which divides the narrow stream of particles into two equal parts, the free end portions of blades 8, 9 being flared outwardly. The flared free end portions of the blades 8, 9, may be undulating.
