1442643 Stretching and guiding webs transversely DYNALOC CORP 13 Nov 1973 52530/73 Heading B8R A device for transversely stretching and guiding an endless flexible web such as a plastics film comprises a pair of spaced rollers 20, 20<SP>1</SP>, interconnected drivingly by tapes, one roller 20 which is driven by a pulley 21 being provided with oppositely diverging helical bands 25 disposed symmetrically about a central band 30 and the other roller 201 which is an idler roller being provided with oppositely converging helical bands 25<SP>1</SP>, for transverse guiding and stretching, respectively.
