144,253. Aktiebolaget Industribostader. June 5, 1919, [Convention date]. Walls for buildings consist of wall sections, which are made in a few main types. The sections comprise wooden frames 1 coated on one or both sides with boards 2 in such a way that the edge of the frame extends beyond one or both edges of the coating-boards as shown in Figs. 2 and 3. The sections are of rectangular form for the walls proper, and of square and triangular forms for the gables. Fig. 12 shows two sections placed edge to edge in the wall and also two similar sections forming a corner. Fillets are inserted in the recesses and nailed in position. thereby straightening the sections if they should be askew. Fig. 13 shows a similar view of wall sections which have the frames extending beyond the boards on both sides, fillets being inserted in the recesses 6. In the wall construction shown in Fig. 14, the lowermost section rests on the beam 7 and a fillet is inserted in the recess 4 and nailed to the section and to the beam. At the top of the wall, the wall plate 8 rests on the frame 1 and the recesses are filled bv means of fillets 9. If the fillets are thicker than the coating-boards, the appearance of inset panels is obtained. The space between the coatings of the sections may be filled with shavings, waste paper, or the like.
