Abstract
1433612 Training personnel WESTING- HOUSE ELECTRIC CORP 16 April 1973 [24 April 1972 25 April 1972 26 April 1972] 18238/73 Heading G5G In a system for contrclling an electric power generating plant by the use of a computer, the computer includes means for simulating operation of said plant by providing simulated operational data and responses, for permitting training of operating personnel or other tasks. The description is written in terms of the use of a particular computer, which is not described in detail although certain programming and operational features are described and illustrated. The control aspect is identical to that described in Specification 1,433,613 (see Division G3). During use of the computer for simulation, control is transferred to a manual system.
