Abstract

1429506 Filing papers LOUIS LEITZ 29 June 1973 [29 June 1972] 31219/73 Heading B6E A folder for a suspension filing system comprises a sheet folded back upon itself about a line close to one edge to form two unequal portions which define a pocket for documents, suspension means, e.g. a suspension rail 2 with hooks 3 and tongues 4, being provided at the opposite edge of the sheet, and means on each portion for detachably connecting one portion to the other portion of a next adjacent folder in the system. The connecting means may be two fasteners each comprising a thickened section 14<SP>1</SP>, located between two parallel slots 13 in one portion, which is a press fit in an aperture 11 provided between two parallel raised ribs in the other portion. Alternatively projecting hooks (6), Fig. 1 (not shown), in one portion may engage apertures (7) in the other. One side edge of each folder has a T-shaped cross-section 8 upon which a transparent display strip is engaged and along which an indicator can slide.
