1427775 IC engine pre-combustion chambers HONDA GIKEN KOGYO KK 20 June 1973 [21 June 1972] 29345/73 Heading F1B The pre-combustion chamber 7 is defined by a thin-walled shell 8 projecting into the main chamber 4 and having a thickened wall portion 8a through which a flame passage 5 extends. A richer carburetted mixture is supplied to the chamber 7 than the chamber 4. The portion 8a may include a projection into the chamber 7 and/or chamber 4.
