1427214 Valves HOERBIGER HYDRAULIK KG 4 Sept 1973 [4 Sept 1972] 41590/73 Heading F2V An electromagnetically-operated valve has a ball closure member 5 loaded by a spring 6 on to a seat formed in a central longitudinal bore 3 of a core 1 and pressure balanced by inlet fluid acting on a piston 8 and communicated thereto by passages 12, 13. Energization of coil 20 moves the armature 21 which acts on the piston to move the ball off its seat to communicate the inlet with outlet passages 10, 11.
