Abstract

1419248 Aqueous polymer compositions EASY-DO PRODUCTS Ltd 25 May 1973 [28 Feb 1972] 9096/72 Heading C3P [Also in Division B6] A composition for coating grout lines between tiles comprises a synthetic resin, a natural or synthetic wax and a pigment in aqueous dispersion. In examples an acrylic resin dispersion is mixed with paraffin wax, titanium dioxide pigment, a phosphate dispersant, water soluble cellulose, china clay, synthetic esters and soaps as antifoaming agent, an organo mercury compound, and tributyl tin oxide. Other resins mentioned are vinyl polymers and copolymers and styrene-butadiene copolymer and waxes mentioned are beeswax, montan wax and polyethylene wax.
